Meeting, conference and community space is available within Monkstown Village Centre’s suite of Upper Rooms. This space can be reserved on an all-day, sessional, evening or weekend basis.

The meeting/conference/community space is located in the Upper Rooms of Monkstown Village Centre and can facilitate around 50 participants. Depending on availability, there is choice of room size or combination of rooms.

The preferred layout style may determine the capacity. For example, within the Board/Training Room, seating is available for up to 12 around an oval-shaped table or in a larger area seating approximately 50 in theatre-style. Other styles include: classroom; u-shaped; or banquet/v-shaped. A bespoke layout or other requests can be discussed and agreed with on-site staff.

All rooms have power and network points and a wi-fi connection is available on request. Data projector/screen and flipchart easel can be made available.

Lift, toilet, kitchen facilities and car parking are all available on site.

Rooms are available for hire on a sessional basis (morning 9.00-12.30, afternoon 1.30-5.00, evening 6.30-10.00), the cost is as follows:

From £35 per session – however this may be dependent on the status of the group ie voluntary, statutory, business or if it the group is in receipt of funding for room hire as part of their programme. An additional open/close charge may apply to the evening/weekend sessions.

Catering may be obtained locally or brought in. Light refreshments can be provided for events at an additional cost per head.
